As an independent contractor of Century 21 Premier Real Estate, if you decide to sell, we can connect you with one of our real estate agents.
After discussing our services with our staff, you’ll sign a management agreement, and we’re ready to start managing your property!
Check your financial reports anytime through your online owner portal. We also send detailed income statements annually.
Choose between direct deposit into your bank account or received a mailed check each month.
Owners receive their draw by the 15th of each month.
Tenants have until the 5th day of the month by 5 P.M. to submit rent. Late payments incur a 10% fee.
Once we receive a security deposit, it goes into our Escrow account and is returned to the tenant at the end of their lease term.

The security deposit matches the rent amount. For instance, if you’re renting at $1,500.00/month, the deposit is also $1,500.00.
We offer leases for one or two years (based on owner discretion) and typically provide month-to-month billing after two years on a lease.
