Before move-in, we require the first month rent (prorated rent, if applies) along with the security deposit.
Your application is submitted online at Peacefulnestmanagement.com. Click on the “Apply Online” tab.
Every applicant, including all individuals aged 18 or older planning to reside in the property without rent responsibilities, is required to pay a nonrefundable application fee of $50.

You may either pay rent online through our resident portal “Pay Online” or it can be dropped off at our office.
Whether pets are allowed depends on the specific house; some owners permit them, while others don’t. If allowed, we require a $350 non-refundable pet deposit, which does not cover expenses for carpet cleaning and pest control.
Yes, but only certain homes qualify, If so, it will be listed in the listing content. Or you may email or call to verify.
The time it takes to approve or decline your application depends on how quickly you complete all the necessary steps and submit required documents, outlined in the “Requirements” tab. Please monitor your email closely during this period. If we don’t receive any documentation within 48 hours of your application, it will be canceled.
